MANAGEMENT

RICK MYERS
President

Rick Myers brings a strategic combination of operational skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-focused philosophy to the management team at Sinometrics. Drawing from his senior management experience in the software industry and concentration on serving technology customers, Rick understands the business needs of his customers, and how to mobilize his team to deliver solutions to directly meet those needs. As an owner-operator of Sinometrics, Rick has assembled a management team whose business priorities match his: putting the customer first.

Rick joined Sinometrics in the summer of 2003 from Terabeam Corporation, a manufacturer of free space optics and millimeter wave systems, where he served as director of operations and director of logistics for three years. Prior to joining Terabeam Corporation, Rick served as Vice President of Operations at technology startup Maxfunds, located in Ann Arbor, MI. Rick also spent six years in Redmond, WA at AT&T Wireless Services (NYSE:AWE) in technology and operational roles. When he left AT&T Wireless Services, he held the position of Director of Information Technology, managing over 100 people and $20 million in annual expenditures.

Myers is a homegrown Seattle native and University of Washington graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Rick's vested interest in community and the urban fabric of Seattle prompted him to purchase and renovate a building in the heart of downtown, which now houses Sinometrics' current headquarters. He is also active in his church, University Presbyterian, and in keeping up with his wife, daughter, and two boys, and their passion for Husky Athletics.

ERIK RYAN
Director of Operations

Erik Ryan oversees program and project management at Sinometrics and heads operations and client delivery. He brings to Sinometrics a detailed focus on quality and process management as well as a keen vision and strategy, all of which enable project teams to deliver effective localization solutions to clients.

Erik came to Sinometrics in 2004 from Safeco Life & Investments, where he served for three years as a project and business analyst for the operations and marketing groups, and helped design and manage the programs driving communication and delivery to Safeco’s distribution channel partners. Prior to his time at Safeco he served for three years as branch manager and financial advisor with Mayanja Financial where he managed operations and marketed a broad spectrum of investment and insurance products.

Erik grew up in Seattle with one sister, and then graduated with a business administration degree from Houghton College in New York where he was a key part of the Allegany County Outreach Program and Campus Activities Board. He and his wife and three kids now live in Lynnwood, where they are very involved in their church. He is an avid runner and biker, and enjoys other outdoor sports as well.
